Financial Controller – Production Site (SFAX)

We are seeking a highly experienced Financial Controller to lead the finance function at production site in SFAX. This is a strategic leadership role with full oversight of financial operations, internal controls, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering, especially during a period of exciting site expansion.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards
• Oversee product costing and drive cost-efficiency initiatives
• Provide financial governance for capital investments and expansion projects
• Deliver strategic insights to senior leadership
• Lead and develop a team of 4 finance professionals

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in financial analysis, controlling, and cost accounting
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (CPA or equivalent is a plus)
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling
• ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
• Power BI or similar data visualization tools
• Languages: Fluent in English, French and Arabic
