Junior Treasury Analyst

What you'll do:

As a Junior Treasury Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the treasury function within a leading investment firm.

• Prepare daily liquidity reports for performing and private credit funds, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all submissions.
• Manage cash activities for end-of-life private credit funds, maintaining precise records and supporting smooth fund transitions.
• Maintain the Treasury Management System (TMS) on a daily basis by integrating bank statements and performing reconciliations to uphold data integrity.
• Oversee bank account maintenance within TMS, including onboarding new entities and accounts as required by business needs.
• Establish connectivity for new accounts into TMS using MT940 protocols, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Onboard and maintain credit facilities within TMS, keeping all relevant information up-to-date for effective treasury operations.
• Conduct semi-annual reviews of Authorised Signatory Lists (ASL) and system access or banking portal permissions to ensure compliance and security.
• Update ASL and system access on an ad-hoc basis in response to organisational changes or audit requirements.
• Instruct settlement of treasury-related invoices through TMS or administrative platforms, ensuring prompt payment processing.
• Provide administrative support for transaction queries, bank statement requests, and other ad-hoc tasks as needed by associates or the wider team.

• Proven knowledge of cash management processes, international payments procedures, and administration of credit facilities essential for effective treasury support.
• Hands-on experience using Treasury Management Systems (TMS), particularly Kyriba or similar platforms, enabling efficient workflow execution.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and reconciliation tasks central to daily operations.
• Well-developed analytical skills that allow you to interpret complex financial information accurately and identify potential risks or discrepancies promptly.
• Excellent communication abilities that facilitate clear information sharing with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
