This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team, working closely with the CEO and senior management. The successful candidate will manage a variety of administrative tasks, including managing the CEO's calendar, preparing correspondence, and coordinating travel-related meetings. They will also act as a liaison between the CEO's office and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and building relationships crucial to the success of the organisation. * Opportunity to work closely with the CEO and senior management * Variety of administrative tasks and special projects * Role in facilitating smooth communication within the organisation What you'll do: As a 2IC to the CEO, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative tasks, from managing the CEO's busy calendar to preparing confidential correspondence. Your excellent organisational skills will be key in planning and coordinating schedules, ensuring that all appointments are respected. You will also communicate directly on behalf of the CEO with various stakeholders, including Investment Committee members and senior executives. Your role will extend beyond administrative duties - you will provide leadership in building relationships that are crucial to the success of the organisation. Your ability to complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach will facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company. * Manage a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO * Plan, coordinate and ensure the CEO's schedule is followed and respected * Communicate directly on behalf of the CEO with Investment Committee members, senior executives, and others * Research, prioritize, and follow up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO * Provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organisation * Complete critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach
