Are you an experienced HR professional with a strong command of Sage 300 and a passion for optimizing systems and processes? Do you have 3+ years of experience leveraging technical expertise to enhance performance management, leave management, and overall HR efficiency? If you're ready to bring your skills to a dynamic team and make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Sage 300 to draw, build, and schedule reports that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Set up automated reporting processes to streamline workflows and improve decision-making.
  • Manage and optimize the Performance Management and Leave Management modules within Sage 300.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of system capabilities into daily operations.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven reports to support strategic HR initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Sage 300, including the ability to:
    • Draw detailed reports.
    • Build custom reports tailored to organizational needs.
    • Set up scheduled reports for improved efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of the Performance Management and Leave Management modules within Sage 300.
  • Proven experience in Human Resources (minimum of 3 years), with a solid grasp of HR principles and practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A candidate who has mastered both the technical aspects of Sage 300 and possesses extensive HR experience will be highly regarded.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Psychology).
