We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Pretoria. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the full HR function, driving strategic initiatives while optimizing systems and processes to ensure efficiency and flexibility. You will collaborate closely with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, and contribute to workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full HR function, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Optimize existing HR systems and payroll processes to enhance efficiency and flexibility.
  • Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on all HR-related matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a mature HR system environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in HR systems and payroll optimization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to "get hands dirty" when needed.
