What you'll do:

- Extensive experience (15+ years) at senior leadership level within digital platforms, marketplaces, financial services, retail, FMCG, or creative agencies.
- Proven track record of successfully repositioning brands and scaling digital platforms through innovative marketing strategies.
- Strong expertise in applying behavioural science principles to drive customer engagement and build brand trust.
- Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives around complex products using data-driven insights.
- Exceptional collaborative capability, with experience leading cross-functional teams toward shared objectives.
- Advanced proficiency in developing integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, PR, and offline media.
- Experience managing agency relationships to deliver high-impact creative work aligned to business growth objectives.
- Analytical strength in evaluating market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.
