About the Opportunity: My client is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to oversee the operations of a flagship showroom within a premium retail environment. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of a well-established international brand within a dynamic and expanding market.

The successful candidate will take full ownership of showroom performance, including sales delivery, team leadership, customer experience, and commercial execution, while building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue, margin, and performance targets
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver strong commercial results
  • Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation in line with brand expectations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including architects, contractors, and developers
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and provide insights to support commercial decision-making
  • Oversee inventory management, order processing, and after-sales service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and health and safety standards

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in a Store Manager or similar leadership role within a structured retail environment
  • Experience within the tile & ceramic industry is strongly preferred, with consideration also given to candidates from the broader building materials or home improvement sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales management, and stock control
  • Commercially minded with solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment
  • Fluency in English is required
