Every year, these awards rank the industry’s best players based on customer satisfaction in such areas as Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Programmes (MSP).

Robert Walters Outsourcing has been named a top provider on HRO Today Enterprise Baker’s Dozen list for an eighth consecutive year, accentuating the strategic partnership we bring to organisations. Each year, the ranking inspires us to maintain our culture of continuous improvement and innovation to ensure we provide even more value for clients.

We’re proud to rank third in the Breadth of Services category in recognition of our extensive efforts to redefine our product offering. This marks a six-place improvement year-on-year and demonstrates our commitment to increasing the ways in which we can partner with organisations to achieve not only their hiring ambitions, but also their strategic business objectives. Our ranking in the Baker’s Dozen demonstrates our ability to compete and innovate in a time of shifting market conditions and broad customer requirements.

In order to determine an overall ranking, HRO Today analyse results across three subcategories: breadth of services, deal size, and quality of service. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, they calculate scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. The Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings are based on those scores.
