Responsible for labour relations, health and safety, statutory compliance, and the full employee lifecycle across 500+ employees including blue-collar production and distribution staff. Partners with operations, logistics, and senior leadership to drive workforce planning, employee engagement, and organisational development. This is a greenfield leadership role requiring an experienced HR professional who can build systems, processes, and capability from the ground up.
