What you'll do:
As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving our client's growth strategy. Your primary role will be to prospect, develop, and manage new business opportunities. This includes actively marketing the company's services, establishing long-term relationships with target accounts, and selling the company’s primary products and supply chain solutions both locally and internationally. You will also be responsible for managing your own sales targets, ensuring financial responsibility of team members, utilising the CRM system optimally, taking charge of Risk & Compliance within your department, analysing operations, relaying clients' needs back to the business effectively, maintaining clear communication both internally and externally, continuously taking initiative, being innovative within aspects of a particular industry vertical, managing and reporting on the clients profitability, revenue and year-on-year numbers.
